Selecting the right arbitrator can be crucial in ensuring that the arbitration process goes according to plan. You need to ensure that the arbitrator has the correct qualifications to hear the dispute, that they are familiar with the procedure that needs to be followed and that they have the necessary time to deal with your arbitration.
